Match report Another win from Takeley 2nds to get them off to a great start to the season. The skipper lost the toss and was put into the field where Takeley took the drivers seat and got Woodford all out for 122 with some brilliant bowling all round, especially Amrit who took 4 wickets. Woodfords innings was finished with a spectacular catch from bucket hands Jarvo. Perhaps pete( Stevie wonder) could learn from him ;)

The weather came over dark and horrible and Takeley wanted to get the runs quickly which didn't go to plan as they went 18-3 after 4 overs but Harry Wright joined jay Maisey out in the middle to put on an unbeaten 105, both getting their half centuries. Brilliant batting lads.
