Match report Takeley had their first loss of the season and didn't play to the best of their abilities.

Takeley batted first and got off to a steady start with the top 3 all chipping in with runs, including Harry Wright with a 50. Shortly after, he was caught behind. Takeley went on to lose wickets too soon and the tail end threw their wickets away. Takeley were short of an average score on a good Takeley wicket.

Stortford came out to bat and Takeley bowled well with Trevor Gunn bowling line and length balls to make it hard for Stortford to score runs.
